Client wanted to develop a Business Continuity Plan for two related UK sites of a major US life-science organisation.
What we did
We worked with Client and other Board Level contacts to:
- Identify and interpret Corporate requirements;
- Proposed and implemented project-type governance structure to ensure timely completion of first version of plan;
- Facilitated weekly reviews of progress and management of critical show-stopping issues;
- Obtained Board acceptance of plan and arranged for testing/implementation.
How we made a difference
We were able to leverage on our extensive project/programme and compliance experience to provide an independent assessment of what was needed, and then worked with the Client to help implement the solution.
