Client wanted help with organising Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance activities across Finance and IT functions within UK operation of major US Multinational Corporation.
What we did
We worked with SOX Coordinator and Finance/IT Directors to:
- Identify and interpret Corporate requirements;
- Propose and implement project-type structure to ensure timely completion;
- Facilitate weekly reviews of progress and management of critical show-stopping issues.
How we made a difference
We were able to leverage our extensive risk management experience to provide an independent assessment of what was needed and then worked with the Client to help implement the solution.
